## Treasury allocation

### Liquidity

GSR [returned](https://etherscan.io/tx/0xbd57764bd237e1804ae9667f0224154487baabb8feaf638be494eef7e8bedc5d) unused 8,330,000 FLT from the initial liquidity pool to the DAO treasury.

The Uniswap FLT/WETH pool was [funded](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x9c8c37d83804ea34c67ea6566fea88484ef4e00607adb3ab7a362b61dbda3312) with 200,000 USDC worth of ETH and 6,000,000 FLT and is managed by [Arrakis](https://arrakis.finance/).

10,000 USDC and 110,000 FLT was [provided](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x3abc585da66f4de95337c7e52bc0e3452047883cca8b520deef6a482b190cb54) as liquidity for Biconomy and managed by [Studio B](https://studiob.io/).

Listing fees paid:

10,000 USDC

### Cloudless Labs

5,000,000 FLT transferred to Cloudless Labs for delivery of the staking milestone in 2024 as agreed to in the [proposal](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/fluence/proposal/103340181706884745016691800259478351253034936931307218072631878875687060920521).
