Liquidity Improvement Proposal

This proposal launches the budget, loan and representation of the liquidity improvement project

Overview

In order to improve liquidity of the FLT utility token, the DAO is asked to engage market makers and additional exchange listings for the FLT. Moreover, the DAO is asked to delegate the nomination and management of market makers and exchanges to the DAO governance committee for responsive and timely decision making in line market developments and demands.

Terms

For the duration of 12 months, the DAO is asked to approve a maximum

  • spend of USDC 15,000 per month coupled with an maximum, total 2 Million FLT token loan to the contracted market maker(s)
  • budget of USDC 500,000 to finalize new exchange listings

The DAO is asked to delegate the decision making and execution of these matters to the governance committee for a maximum period of twelve months. Executive committee will update the community as it successfully onboards providers.

Should there be a more explicit goal on the exchange listning. Like, there needs to be at least 1 listing on a US available crypto exchange.

What is the expected duration of the market maker’s involvement? Is it the full 12-month period, or a shorter duration?
